    Ignacio Bernácer, imputado ayer por el caso EMARSA, ha sido destituido esta mañana como jefe de explotaciones de EPSAR (Entidad Pública de Saneamiento de Aguas Residuales), cargo que habría ocupado durante los años en los que la gestión de la depuradora de Pinedo condujo a la generación de un agujero económico de al menos 25 millones de euros.

    Tanto Bernácer como José Juan Morenilla, exgerente de EPSAR, habían sido acusados por el exjefe de informática de EMARSA, Sebastián García, ante el titular del juzgado de instrucción número 15 de Valencia, acusaciones que ambos calificaron de falsedades difamatorias.

    Según Sebastián García en su declaración referente al tratamiento de lodos, éste habría tenido conocimiento a través de Esteban Cuesta, gerente de EMARSA, de que existía un “fraude” organizado por el trío Crespo-Morenilla-Bernácer, consistente en sobrevalorar el precio del lodo hasta 180.000 euros al mes, cantidad que se habrían repartido los interesados a modo de comisiones.

    Mientras tanto, EMTRE (Entidad Metropolitana para el Tratamiento de Residuos) informa a los Ayuntamientos de que están “obligados” a pagar la tasa TAMER (Tasa Metropolitana para el Tratamiento, Valorización y Eliminación de Residuos), con su incremento del 215% aplicado desde agosto de 2011, ignorando las numerosas reclamaciones contra esta tasa efectuadas por muchos ciudadanos.
